Craig Latta – Director / HSEQ Manager & Trainer
Born in Lismore, NSW, Craig Latta began his distinguished career by joining the Royal Australian Navy in 1995 at the age of 19. Over the course of his service, he was deployed to various active duty zones, including the Gulf War during the 2002–2003 calendar years, where he served for approximately seven months. He was honourably discharged in August 2011 after 16 years of service.
Following his naval career, Craig spent five years working offshore in tug and barge operations as an Integrated Rating. He then transitioned into the mining industry, where he spent two years as a rigger before moving into safety advisory and training roles.
Today, Craig serves as the HSEQ Manager and Trainer at Jilpanti Enterprises, contributing his extensive experience to support exploration operations primarily throughout the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
