
Kevin Williams – Founder | Director
With a career that began at just 15 years of age as a boilermaker apprentice in Victoria, Kevin Williams brings over two decades of hands-on experience and leadership to the construction and maintenance industries.
In 2002, he transitioned to the Western Australian construction sector, beginning his journey with McConnell Dowell. Over the years, his dedication, technical expertise, and natural leadership saw him rise through the ranks to the role of SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) Superintendent at Lynas Rare Earths.
Driven by a vision to restore personalised service and accountability to the hire industry, Kevin founded Envirolight Hire. Recognising a gap in the market, he set out to establish a family-owned company that delivers reliable, service-focused solutions to the construction and maintenance sectors.

Born Lismore NSW 2 Mar 1976, joined Navy 1995 at age of 19, served in various active areas included Gulf war in 2002 2003 calendar years for approx 7 months, discharged from Navy Aug 2011, commenced off shore tug and barge work as a Integrated Rating for 5 years, and rigging in mining for 2 years, followed closely by becoming a safety advisor and trainer in the mining industry, current role is Safety HSEQ Manager and Trainer for Jilpanti Enterprises in the exploration work area predominantly in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
